Ingredients:
1 package cream cheese (softened)
1/2 jar Mi Casa Salsa (mild, medium, or hot)
5 slices of cooked bacon
1 green onion

Directions:

In a food processor add all ingredients and pulse until well blended and smooth. Serve with any crackers and garnish with fresh cilantro.

This spread can also be used as a mushroom stuffing. Just take large mushrooms and pop the stems out. Spoon some of this spread into the mushroom caps and bake them on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees (pre-heated) for about 15 to 18 minutes.
